J&W Downhole Motors is capable of servicing and maintaining a variety of mud motors. Our facility includes a Powerhouse Breakout Unit, which is capable of repairing 4"=14" mud motors. Our technicians are fully trained and certified. Each motor undergoes a series of rigorous inspection procedures. The bearing mandrel, drive coupling, and internal/external connections are inspected for cracks using the Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) method. The stator rubber lining is visually inspected for any signs of damage or fatigue, and its bore is measured for wear. All power transmission components i.e. thrust bearing races, radial bearings, and drive couplings are inspected for excessive wear. J&W Downhole Motors has the equipment and personnel to maintain the highest quality of mud motor repairs.
