J&W’s QMS is audited twice a year by independent auditors that specialize in API 6A and API Q1 manufacturing processes, procedures, and product design.  J&W’s QMS measures key performance indicators (KPI) or quantifiable data used to gauge or compare performance and quality for J&W’s products and services.  KPIs measured include customer satisfaction, product conformity, nonconformities and product failures after delivery or use, supplier performance, and opportunities for preventive actions.  Management Review Meetings are held to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS while promoting command and control intent for opportunities of improvement.   In summary, the management team assesses the current Quality Policy, actions from previous management reviews, internal and external audit results, legal and industry standard changes affecting the QMS, customer complaints, risk assessment impact of product quality and product delivery, contingency plan review for any actions related to high risks, data analysis results, status of corrective and preventive actions and approval of new Quality Objectives.
